Welcome to the Pokémon Altforms Wiki!
The Pokémon Reborn Alternate Form Pack, or Pokémon Altforms, is a modification, or mod, of the fangame Pokémon Reborn. It started off just adding regional form variations of a few Pokémon, and has grown to include sidequests, a sidestory, new game mechanics and hundreds of new alternate forms of Pokémon.
As of Version v0.6, 8th Generation Pokémon and changes are available in Reborn!
Future plans include adding Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra content, and new versions of Memeforms and for Pokémon Rejuvenation are in development.
